Disclaimers, Disclosures, and Bears OH MY!
For those unfamiliar with Disclaimers and Disclosures, this is where I let it all hang out. Anything that may be going on behind the curtain is stated here.
Statements made on AntiCancerMom.com are not intended for medical advice. I am not a physician or health care provider. I am a wife, mother, and holistic cancer survivor who stays up too late on school nights to write the information you will find in this blog. My intentions are not to prescribe medical treatment for any illness, but to inspire people to make THEIR own educated decisions with their doctor regarding THEIR health.
Information given on AntiCancerMom.com has not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. This blog is not intended to replace a personal relationship with a doctor. If you are sick please work with a doctor who is knowledgeable about your disease as well as nutritional approaches to improve your condition. I would also encourage YOU to educate yourself as much as possible about your health challenge.
AntiCancerMom is not motivated by monetary gain. I began this blog to share my story of overcoming cancer without the use of conventional medicine. To do this I used many different approaches, most involved dietary changes and detoxification. I have been in clinical remission status since May 2009 as declared by my oncologist, Dr. Stephen Szabo, MD.
On December 1, 2009, the FTC began requiring bloggers to provide disclosures whenever there could be hidden interests or unspoken biases related to recommendations.
This basically says that for anything I post on my blog I need to specify ways in which I may have benefited financially. In all cases, any products, recipes, or services I recommend have been tried and tested by me, and it isn’t always the case, but just to cover my bases, please know that any link offered may be an affiliate link (no additional cost to you) which in a very modest way helps support my time and efforts in maintaining this blog with the best information I can for you.
